If I understand this correctly, I will be charged EITHER $2.95 or $9.95 per month.
But under no circumstances, I will not be charged one penny more than $ 9.95 per month?
In other words,,,,,,,,,are there any hidden fees?

Also, I am trying to delete my old images and they will not delete!!
As far as I understand the plan(s), you would only be charged additional fees IF
1. In the $2.95 Plan..you go over the number of included listings (15) at an additional charge of $.50 per listing over the limit.
AND/OR
2. You go over the limit in the plan for image hosting.(500 MB)
3. In the $9.95 Plan you would be charged an additional fee of $9.95 if you go over the (1GB) image hosting fees (at any time during the month). So keep that in mind.
From the Fee Schedule:

** All users can purchase additional Image Hosting in 500 MB increments for $9.95/month. The first block of additional image hosting space for free users will be $2.95.

I go to "manage images". I select --then I hit delete and nothing happens.

Hum it sounds like you're doing it correctly. You might want to put in a support ticket and see if they might be having issues with Deletion Wizard.

One thing that *could* be causing your problem is that you aren't answering the pop-up box (there is one that pops up at the point where you see 'nothing happening' that asks something like "are sure you want to delete these images" and you need to answer "yes" or "no" ) that comes up when you delete images in the manner you say. This happens sometimes because the pop-up window can sometimes open up obscured behind some other window that is open. Another possible cause could be that you have popups turned off...although I doubt this is it because other things wouldn't work if you do that. If you check both these things and neither is the cause of the problem, please do file a support case.
Last but not least...in your first post on this thread you used the words 'under no circumstances I will not be charged one penny more than $9.95/month.' As LifeisLike posted, with the $9.95 plan, if you use over 1 Gigabyte of image storage at any time during the month, we would charge you an additional $9.95. Since you are only 177.4 megabytes of image hosting now, you would have to upload a lot more images before you would encounter that extra charge, but we want do you to be clear on how our pricing works.
