Their customer service used to be VERY VERY good. I am not sure if they have new people now or what but the reply was.

There was definitely an issue and I hope the higher ups there see this to find out what happened so it does not happen again.

Yeah they came back on but the night is still young as we got 10 more hours before the special goes off
