Ok..why is it taking 3 days

Why is it taking 3 days to open my Auctiva store? Any Ideas?

Another thing, I deleted cancelled an auction on Ebay and the store window didn't update...I had to go an manually delete it in the store. Is this normal?

Also, one I actually sold and ended early is still as listed in my Auctiva store.

This could be a real rookie question...

Hi PocketChalker,

I just viewed your Auctiva store and it appears to be functioning properly, except that it contains two items that have been ended on eBay. To remove these items from your Auctiva store/store window, you can make these items hidden in your Auctiva store at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Store Items. Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

The fact that listings which are cancelled on or ended by eBay do not automatically get removed from your Auctiva active listings page and Auctiva store is due to a "bug" that we will be addressing in a future release.
