Try a couple of listings but it saying that I need to pay ebay which is wrong because I have a credit on my account and/or set up an automatic payment plan which I have not done in 8 years ... Any idea why I am getting this error message in the events folder?
I updated my ebay token but that did not seem to correct the problem. I also cleared my cache, temp files, and did a scan for virus and adwares.
