Thanks for posting your question here. The incorrect title text that is showing up within the description of item # 230819130275 appeared in the listing based on the contents of the "Template Title" field (which is located just to the right of the "Select Template") button on the saved listing you posted the item from.
Any time you are creating a new listing from an existing saved listing within your Auctiva account for which the contents of the “Title” and “Template Title” fields already match, the “Template Title” field will be automatically updated to reflect any changes you make to the main “Title” field.
However, if you are create a new listing from an existing saved listing in which the contents of the “Title” and “Template Title” fields do *not* match, our system assumes that you do not necessarily want them to match and will not automatically update the "Template Title" field if the main title is changed.
Based on what I have observed, I suspect that you must have created this listing from an existing saved listing for which the "Title" and "Template Title" fields did *not* match and did not realize that you would need to update the "Template Title" field manually in order to have it match your new listing title.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to correct this error in this specific listing because it has already received bids and eBay will no longer allow the description to be revised, but you should be able to avoid this problem moving forward by keeping an eye on the “Template Title” field when creating your listings and making sure it reflects the desired information.
