Recall about a year ago they needed to swap servers and purge some 'older images'? Perhaps we could all (and I'm one of the VERY WORSE) purge our outdated images so we wouldn't bog down their servers.

Well, I'd like to go in and clean out my images......but they're all just red X's in the boxes.... 
Auctiva is a big company and it can limit our image storage if that were the problem. They shouldn't wait for a crash to fix the problem in the first place. Regular maintenance would solve this. I really wonder about their engineering team!
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....seems they purge well. About one month ago, I was on vacation and happened to be at a computer. I logged onto my ebay store and all my photos were goin!!!! I had been out of town and everything was fine before I left. Over 700 store items and NO PHOTOS!!!!! Auctiva could not give me any answers. Now, they are down again. I am never removing photos from my auctiva account. I can't afford the thousands it cost me because of their purge again!
