On going prob with bid amounts not showing...

I have had to ask several times about this issue... I have bids, but when I check my store, the bids don't show. Again, this certainly doesn't look good if a new buyer checks my store out and thinks there must be a reason no-one's bidding! And I have read all about how it sometimes takes 6 hours to refresh... some of the bids I'm asking about were placed 6 DAYS ago!!
Any reply would be appreciated.
