Hi,

I have a question on scheduled listings. If I had some auctions scheduled to list at "lets say 9.00pm, but then before that decided I wanted to list them earlier than that, at say 7.00 pm

How do I do that ?

The reason I am asking is because the listings I have scheduled to go ... are NOT going ???

It is VERY important to me they get listed at the time I set them up for. I try and hit the east and west coast at times when people are home. Last min bids etc !!!

So, I do not want my listings to just sit there ... waiting to post. I want to be able to go in to the "scheduled listing area" and POST them manually if they seem to be stuck in never never land.

Is there a way to remove them from scheduled to LIST NOW ?

Thanks

Hello,

I'm sorry you experienced problems trying to post. We found and fixed the issue around 9:50 PM PST on Sunday night. Until then, listings were scheduling slowly and intermittently. From our bandwidth I can tell that last night was the busiest day this year on eBay and only about 2/3 of scheduled listings launched last night.

I checked your scheduled listings and it doesn't look like anything's hung up. One thing you can do is select "Do Not Retry" on the scheduling page and then, if they are not taken right away, they'll be cancelled and you can relist them at your will. Scheduled listings generally post precisely when you set them to. I apologize for the inconvenience.

-Mike
