One of 2 relisted items is not showing the thumbnail in my store or store window.I've tried everything I can think of including going to revise mode at eBay and reinserting the thumbnail by copying and manually pasting the url from auctiva into the self-hosting page. My previous hosting site where the original came from was Biggerbids.com which I will not be subscribing to anymore since I found you.

Hi DaDavid, if you click on the help tab at the top right of your screen then go to the bottom of the new screen and submitt a support request, then autiva will help you.
