One problem how can I change my stores name?

Can't figure it out. I changed my user name on ebay, and tried to change it here, but it is still the old name. I bought a new token, but the name still comes up the same. What am I doing wrong? If you could help me, I'd sure appreciate it...

Hi,

Correct me if I am wrong. You changed your user id on ebay and came to Auctiva and generated a new token. Now you are set with Auctiva and ebay being in sync. That part is correct so far.

This will not change your user id on Auctiva if that is what you want. You will have to file a request with Auctiva support to have your Auctiva user id changed. I have done it when I opened an ebay store. They took care of it in less than an hour.
