Only 1 of my 3 auctions display the scrolling Auctive showcase. Why ???

I have 3 Ebay auctions running. 1 of which properly displays the scrolling showcase. 1 shows only the Auctive logo in the appropriate spot, & the 3rd shows nothig. How come ?
When I log into Auctiva , it shows that I have 3 auctions running, but only the one shows the scrolling showcase as it should.
HELP ! Please...

Hi Rudy,
Did you set up all 3 listings in the same exact way? Any changes that you know of when you were setting things up? When you say nothing shows on some, does that mean the item picture also?
You mighy want to file a service request. Click the 'Help' tab at the very top of this page. When the Help screen loads, scroll all the way to the bottom. Auctiva tends to be good at fixing things on a timely basis.
