Hi I have cleared all my temporary internet files since the weekend techinical issues and my most of my listings, except 3, still don't have store window and are not showing up in my store. Do I need to do anything else ?

Could you post one of your listing here (eBay url), so to view it. Did you add the Store Window html in your post? If so, sometimes it may take an hour for the items to rotate in the Store Window. hth
The problem still exists, I thought it might rectify itself. I've place your account on the list to reconcile with eBay. This should import your active listings and append them with the Auctiva store window within 4-6 hours.
Yep, our support site is currently down but hopefully it'll be back up by later this afternoon.

All is well, the Auctiva window is now working in all listings, it's very impressive. I'm sure viewings for my art work will increase, as a result and so will sales ! I look forward to the day when all of Auctiva's features are available on Australian ebay. Cheers from down under ! Mina
