Only 8 items in store window and in all items

The store window capacity has been temporarily reduced to 8 but we will be increasing it back to 12 in the near future.

It just sounds like all of your active listings have yet to be imported into Auctiva. If this is the case, I recommend you file a support case about this issue using the appropriate link on our help page.

I am pretty certain that only the items in my store window show up in my store no matter how many items I have at auction.

Hi Mike, I have 14 of 30 listings showing in the scrolling window. How many items will it actually show or is 14 the max?

Hi William,

14 is currently the maximum capacity of the store window. We plan on eventually increasing it to 20 but 14 is where it will remain for the time being.

I only have seven showing. No eight has failed to import and it's over 24 hours. it is # 7421071882

I have just placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. Your remaining eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 6-12 hours. I apologize for the delay.

Is there any way for the 8/12/14 items to randomly change so it's not the same ones in every listing each time a buyer looks?

What is the criteria for choosing which listings appear in the window?

The listing that did not import has finally imported but no photo appears in the scrolling screen - only text. And the same for a subsequent listing from Auctive...text and no pnoto.
