Only a few images show up on the Auctiva showcase and not all my listing images

To Whom It May Concern,

I have 3 problems that need to be resolved:

1. The Auctiva showcase on on my ebay display only some pictures of my listings and not all of them. On the listings that have no pictures, it says " Loading Picture" and the picture does NOT load. I know i had this issue before and it was fixed. Please fix this problem soon, as this feature is a great asset to my store.

2. I also realize that my Auctiva listings don't show all my active ebay listings. I have 392 active listings with ebay, and only 42 active listings with incorrect pricing showing up on my Auctiva active listings. Why does this happen??

3. My Auctiva listings don't show any pictures only a digital reading listing visit counter. Why?? Please help me to resolve the above issues.

Hi. I'm having the same problem with showcase. Just FYI, the following in the Store Window forum:

Hi Community,

To those of you who are experiencing difficulties with images not loading in the store window...The reason for this is because we had an image server go down, which has caused the speed at which images are served into the store window to decrease dramatically. Consequently, many images are timing out when they are loading, causing the message loading image to be continually displayed. We are in the process of installing a brand new image server and we should have it up and running smooth by the end of the week. Once we have the appropriate images transferred onto the new file server, store window images should be loading quickly again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Hi Community,

1) Correct...the store window issue is yet to bhe resolved and our engineering team is still working on it. Same case...many images are timing out whne they attempt to be loaded into the store window.

2) I just checked your Auctiva account and it appears the remainder of your eBay listings have been imported. This is done automatically by an ongoing process.

3) I also checked you single Auctiva created listing and I am able to see 4 images within the template, so it appears all of your images are there.
