Only description area on default template, what about other areas?

I'm newbie here. I'm wondering why only description area appear on my listing. I did inputed other details during creating it. But the result only appear description area. Other details such as shipment / payment details only appear on eBay section. How to make all the other details as shown in the template preview to appear on the created Auctiva listing?

FYI, I just used the template from the default created ones.

Dear Prince Akeem. Did you set up your Seller Details? Go to Profiles and select Seller Details and write or copy your details you want to use. They will then show in your description. You can create several sets of seller details. And Oh Yeah, when you select your template, there is a box to the right that you can select which set of details you want.Hope this helps.Once Upon A Find EBay Store
