Thanks for contributing to our forum. I reviewed the token generation error you received just before posting this thread and the API error message indicates that the token generation was unsuccessful because the eBay account in question is already linked to an existing Auctiva account, so you actually must have a second Auctiva account at the moment.
It actually has never been possible to link one Auctiva account to mulitple eBay accounts simultaneously, but you should be able to successfully generate a token for this Auctiva account by clicking the “Get New Token” link and entering the details of the eBay account it is linked to during the eBay portion of the process.
You can confirm which specific eBay account this Auctiva account is linked to by mousing over the “My Account” tab within the account, selecting the “eBay” option under “Settings” and checking the “eBay Account Username” row.
You should have seen a message on our side at the time of the token generation error citing the username of your other Auctiva account but, if you do not recall that information (or did not see it), please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab and we will be able to help clarify your account situation.
