Thanks for posting your question here. The "Create Similar" drop down menu that is available on your main Auctiva Listings page is just designed to display your 10 most recently posted or modified saved listings, so it is actually normal to not see all of your saved listings and closed listings in that particular menu.
If you would like to create a similar listing from a saved listing which is not present in that drop down menu, just navigate to your Saved Listings page by mousing over the “Listings” tab within your account and click the “Saved” option. You should be able to find all of your previously saved listings on the ensuing page and create your similar listings from there.
The uppermost of the 3 buttons in the “Actions” column for each saved listing (look for the icon depicting a couple files) is the “Create Similar” button.
On the other hand, if you would like to relist one of your recently closed listings, you will want to do so from the Closed Listings page within your Auctiva account, which you can access by mousing over the “Listings” tab and selecting the “Closed” option.
If you need to make changes to an item during the relisting process which are not supported by the relisting options available in this area, you can use the “Import Listings” button along the top of the page to create saved listings from your recently closed items. You will then be able to modify and repost them from your Saved Listings page.
