opening new or saved listings

Is there something else I can try to more reliably open a page to write a new listing or open saved listings to edit? I have emptied the cache of cookies and files but it hasn't helped. If I am lucky one will open after repeated attempts.

What browser are you using? I recommend using Firefox, it's all I use and I very rarely have problems.

I am using Explorer 7.0 - the other user of this omputer is not eager to switch to firefox.

You can download Firefox and still have a choice. It doesn't have to be one or the other. I use both IE6 and occasionally FF. It only takes a few seconds to download and you can do it from the help link at the top of this page. You'll end up with one extra icon, that's all.
