I want to have a BIN OBO listing, but can't figure out how to get the OBO.

I'm probably missing something as obvious as the nose on my facr - no comments please

Choose Fixed Price for listing format and there should be an "Accept offers from buyers" check-off in the Pricing section of the lister. Check that and you'll also get a 2nd check-off for "Auto decline offers less than" with a fill-in box for amount.

Note, I believe the OBO is limited by category, i.e. select a category first or the option doesn't appear on the lister.
