Other Items not showing.

Hi,

I just posted my first 5 items using to Auctiva to test it out. My listing looks pretty good and it was pretty easy.

My problem: on my listing page, there are no "other items" showing up, and in the area where they should be, it says "I have no items for sale right now. Please come back later".

Help, I have 5 items. Why don't the show up as other items?

Me too! I even had someone email me cuz they are interested in my listing but they think it's not available because of my window saying that.

I'm having the same problem, it's telling me i've got no other items for sale, even though there are well over 200.

I have over 500 items for sale and the scrolling window says I have none. What's going on?

I don't know what's going on with the Store Window but, Ken, new listings usually take a bit to update. I think the Store Window refreshes every couple hours or so.

So, assuming this problem with the windows showing up empty is fixed soon, you should see your new listings show up in it within a few hours.

Well hopefully someone will come along and help the rest of us, mine aren't new listings and were showing in the window yesterday.

Obviously its auctivas side so i would presume it will be fixed soon

It has been more than a few hours and it still isn't working. And from the other posts here on this thread, it isn't working for other people either. I think "sum ting wong"
