Hi,

Just want to verify through USPS when you click on information regarding package sizes if they may be larger than regular package, it indicates that use package when the length plus girth (the distance around the thickest part) of a package equals 84 inches or less. Well, mine equals 88.5. If you go to USPS website, I printed out a ratefold chart effective 5/14/2007 and it says for package cannot exceed 108 inches and for parcel post cannot exceed 130 inches. I have sold an item in which I needed a larger container for the buyer wants the original packaging for the item and therefore agrees to pay more shipping to put in larger container. I was thinking of just editing invoice to have standard flat rate shipping for a $1.00 or $2.00 more than for a large package to make sure I cover the parcel post or priority mail fee. Any thoughts for I need to ship this tomorrow?
