Hi Community,
We have received reports from several customers today indicating that buyers are receiving error messages indicating the "Page Cannot be Found" when trying to go from the eBay "Review my Purchases" page to the Auctiva Checkout system. We previously thought this was due to some DNS changes we made last night but have since become aware that it is occurring due to a change that eBay made to their checkout code.
Our engineering team is working on updating our checkout code to accommodate for this change that eBay made earlier today and we will have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available.
