Are pages going to stop freezing up when the servers are moved? For example when I hit buttons when listing that open another page a lot of times a window opens but it goes to "not responding" and I lose everything I did... This is especially prevalent when I go to add pictures and view the preview.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Scott

I'm an auctiva newbie, been here just a week. In that time the performance has been generally poor and often so bad as to be unusable. At this level Auctiva is not usable. I have a lot more listings to do in the next couple of weeks and if this doesn't improve I will have to give TurboLister another go. SPecific problems: select another image popup times out, save a listing times out (serious), error check always times out, preview has never worked for me (not a big deal) and pretty much all pages including the home page (!!) often take an age to load. I'm using Firefox on a reliable 2Mb link. Let me know when you expect to complete your move.
Hi

I do not know if my problem ties in with this one, but here it is. My auction ended, and I chose to relist. The first time I used an Auctiva template, with lots of uploaded/imported images.

Second time around, when in ebay, I relisted it; I removed all the templates, logos and photos and wrote a brief description of a few lines.

When accessing the listing, the page freezes. A message about stopping the script appears, give you either option of 'stop' or 'continue'. A potential buyer alerted me to this, and I am having the same problem.

Does anyone know if this is linked to the server problems listed above? Or something else. The new, freezing listing is 170090759325 if anyone wants to check.

Thanks
sony,

The auction freezes for me as well. There is something causing this in the description. I would suggest revising it and completly removing the description and re-entering just what you want the auction to say.

I can see that the current auction has some script tags and part of the Auctiva store window that was originally there. For some reason when you previously tried to change the description (during relisting) not everything was removed.
