Cannot get the paste from word icon in the item description box to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Suggest you file a support case with Auctiva for this one. The link for support is here.
By the way, as an FYI for you, lots of people who create descriptions in Word find that when they post directly from Word into the description editor they have all kinds of formatting issues with their listing. This is because Word inserts HTML control characters and sequences of characters that are not recognized by browsers and therefore make the formatting look all messed up.
A a result, we don't recommend creating your descriptions in Word, or if you do, that you first paste the item description that you you created in Word into a pure text editor like Notepad, and then copy from NotePad into Auctiva. Doing this will strip out the undesirable HTML that Word has added to your item description.

I think the problem is with Internet Explorer 9, when I click the paste from word icon on the description editor the page freezes.
I have since tried the description editor using the Firefox web browser and it works fine.
