Paypal account required & Bidder restrictions?

Does auctiva offer the "paypal account required" -not "immediate payment req'd"- and the other buyer restrictions? That is a MUST have for me and I have put up way too many auctions before realizing it. Did a search for the same question and there was one from 2005 with no answer. Just wondering if auctiva has since added that feature!? Thanks in advance from a newbie!

That is a change you need to make in your preference section with your EBAY account.
