PayPal shipping. Does it notify winner of tracking?

When you use PayPal shipping to print your postage label with tracking #, does PayPal send winner a e-mail with tracking info?
I am cut and pasting the number and sending it to the winning bidder. Anyway to automate this?
Also, anyway to automate feedback with Auctiva?

Yes, you should find it under your prefrences to email buyer

Yes, when you use Paypal to print your shipping label, Paypal does send an automatic email to the buyer with a link to check on their package. No need to cut and paste anymore.
