Photo in Auctiva Listing distorted on eBay Listing page

I'm creating Listing pages for my Store's items with Auctiva templates, and have posted one Listing to eBay. The main photo, which I cropped in Auctiva shows up all squished down on the Ebay Listing page for the item. How can I correct this, or will this happen with all my cropped photos? Other photos below it within Listing itself are ok.

Can you provide a link to listing or the listing #?

Normally, when you crop or resize a photo, locking the dimensional aspect ratio will keep the image in proportion, so I'm curious if you may have accidently unlocked it when editing by removing "Constrain Proportions" selection. Also, you have the same capability to resize and unlock using image insert on the lister. So, both of those are suspect.
