Photo Layout

I always use "Top & Paired Bottom" layout to display my photos. Lately the photos display one on top and the rest in a vertical row below the description no matter what layout I chose. I happens when creating in Auctiva and when it posts to eBay. Anyone else?

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the layout for your photos in some listings. We are not aware of any issues with the new templates or the selector for layout that would cause such an issue to occur. Please let us know the details and some examples of listings where this has occurred in a support case so we can look into it for you. Per Auctiva Support; "Clear your browsers Cache". I did so and that fixed the problem. Thanks for the quick response!
