photos in listing not supersizing did I mess up?

Um Jeff, excuse a newbie question, but how did you know which listing to look at?

Aslo a photo-in-listing question: Do I have to know how to do html to make the pictures come out in different places in the listings? I've not been able to learn how to use html yet and feel a total moron on these boards sometimes I would love to make my listings have links that click to my store categories - just can't seem to learn all the new info at once.
