I'm just disappointed to see there's still the on-again, off-again image instability issue.

Of course, I've long suspected its me because every time I start to use auctiva again, the image service fails within a few days time. (that's sarcastic humor--the service fails whether I use it or not). It's just that after I stay away for a while, I come back expecting it to be corrected, & it always goes so smoothly for a day or two, then fails again.

It never really has been brought up to the efficient level we were promised months ago when all the image hosts/servers were changed over to the new provider.

Oh well...no insult intended. I know you guys work to improve the service--you've probably worked thru many nights & sacrificed much of your family/social life for your work. I have noticed a few nice updates & tweaks that make it easier & more efficient to use.

It's just disappointing about the on-going image instability. I mean, in an auction, the photo is the first thing buyers look at/for. I'd rather have perfect picture service & NO pretty templates than to have a pretty listing background & red Xs for pictures.

Again, THANKS for all you do, I just get a bit cantankerous sometimes.

I have dozens of red x's where my images are supposed to be and I just complained to eBay about it figuring it was a technicality on their end because some of my listings are ok, and others have the X. It has been going on all day. I have had one problem after another trying to list all week. I spent an entire evening listing the other day and every time I hit POST, I was brought back to the Welcome home page, and the listing was lost. I finally had to list through eBay. I don't understand why Auctiva has so many technical glitches and why there are so many unreliable days when they are so capable of super A+ days. When will the imaging problem be repaired????
