Yes I cleared my chache and know how to do all the revelant things to get my photos to load on my web browser and once again Auctiva is loading terribly slow at the end of my auctions when you get the most traffic!
By the way for those of you who will say dont complain your getting this service for free are not aware that auctive is getting paid every time one of my customers and thousands of others choose to use auctivas insurance!
This is it for me I will not choose to risk my christmas sales for incinsistancy in auctiva working sometimes and sometimes not working.
Going back to a tried and true system that works consistantly, Ebay
We deserve more consitancy instead of a band aid here or there.

Let me ask you this given the up times and incosistant down times in images loading what will a support request do for my listings that are closing and in their last few hours?

This is a reoccuring problem that lies within auctivas service end.

There are other providers with similiar services that charge nominal fees and are up more and consistant in loading photos.

As far as I am concerned Auctiva is a great service when it works but I lose money when my images are not loading when my auctins are ending.
It is like playing the roluette wheel.
Watchinu, I'm starting to think the same. I had tried Auctiva many months ago and had run into some serious reliability problems while doing listing design. I gave it a shot again this past weekend. Most of that seems to have been resolved, but the photo hosting inconsistencies, in addition to the completely outdated information in the sales reports is enough for me to bail. I realize this is "free", but like you, I amm not willing to sacrafice the success of my business on the inability of some software engineers to get this corrected.

I most certainly would have been willing to PAY for a reliable service. This is NOT reliable. I have over thirty auctions currently running on ebay. Three of them were spawned from Auctiva, the rest came from from Turbo Lister. For the past several hours, when I look at the scrolling marquee at the bottom of my auctions, none of the non-Auctiva photos appear. They used to. Now they are gone. Not a very professional looking appearance for my prospective customers.

Auctiva Folks: You gotta get this stuff fixed. If you need to charge a small monthly fee to pay for higher qualified programmers, do it. People can't run their business with kind of stuff happening. Adios...
