Photos not showing in Auction Listings! When will this glitch be corrected?

Check your images on auctiva, they all have broken links & do not show either. There must be a problem some where & I'm sure they will work on this as soon as possible.

Oh good, am glad it is not just me. It seems I have no pictures left in Auctiva's saved images. But I show my 112 auctive listings pictures are still in Auctiva. But they all seem to be empty in ebay. In hopes this gets fixed quickly.

So then is there something I (or we, since evidently I'm not the only one, lol) need to do, or is it as I thought, a glitch Auctiva needs to fix?

It's really annoying, because of course no one is going to bid when they can't see what they're bidding on -- at least with the auctions I currently have up, which are for costume jewelry. I know I wouldn't bid on them if I couldn't see them!

Same problem here, just noticed it this morning; no images except in the store window.

What makes me more sad is I noticed when I ccancelled a listing yesterday the picture was missing. I did not follow through and check on any others. The only reason I looked today was a potential customer suggested I find out whay none of my pictures are showing and she wasn't buying if she couldn't see. I bet this is not a good time to put up new listings. Fingers crossed it will all be healed soon. Maybe it is like that pot of water that will never boil if we keep watching it. sigh..

Same here in the UK, with no pictures. Is anyone from Auctiva able to let us know what the problem is and when it will be fixed? Linda

Auctiva sent me a nice note saying their engineering department is working on repairs as fast as they can.

Wow!! Fraydnot must be special! I didnt get a special note from Auctiva. But anyway...it's up and running, that's all that matters now. YAY!

Kimbers, if you sent Auctiva a terrified, screeching email, they would have worried about your blood pressure too, and sent you a calming note. I had just lost my photo program on my computer and thought that was why my pictures were gone. Oh the terror of having to redo all pictures. False alarm! Pictures are back up. Now it is a good day not bad.
