Photos won't upload

I have been trying for two days to create listings, but keep getting the following message:

'C:\Documents and Settings\Jane\My Documents\My Pictures\0091\DSCN4291.JPG' failed. Invalid Image or Filename.

I haven't changed anything about either the type of listings I typically do, the items in the listings, and how the photos are stored on my computer, but Auctiva point black will not upload a darn photo. Any ideas???

I'd file a support request (bottom of the Help page).

Apart from that, make sure you've got the latest version of your browser (I recommend Firefox).

Yes, I hae current versions of both IE and Firefox on my PC - tried Firefox and am getting same errors. Already logged a support request, but haven't heard anything back yet - I realize they are on west coast and I am on east coast so perhaps they haven't gotten to it yet. I have been using AUctiva for a couple of months now and have experienced problems but always when everyone else was - not one thing has changed at my end so really troubling that I can't do even one damn listing! Thanks for listening!

Also, there are several different uploaders available. It might be worth trying the others to see if you have better luck.

I can't get the page to load for me right now but I think you can find them in Images > Manage (if not on the listing page itself).
