I have just noticed my pics are not showing up in the showcase in my auction items.?
I have been using auctiva for a while now with no past problems until now.?
can any one help me please.!!

The best thing to do is probably to file a support request (bottom of the Help page).

I tried filing support request come up with error on page.?
I also looked at your auctions and found i cannot see your items in show case either.?
Maybe a setting i have on my pc is blocking view.?

I'd try that support case again.
It looks like images in my store window are coming and going. I recently switched mine, though, to the non-scrolling format and moved it to the bottom of the listings from here on out. That way it really is just a bonus and if it's not working properly it's not such a big deal.
