yup stinks, I was hoping to put up 30 or so box sets and bulk lots today, wanted one of those huge listing days(work my butt off today) but that wont happen now
After refreshing this page, the whole Auctiva site went down "SERVER IS TOO BUSY" has taken me over an hour to get back to here. Just tried to upload pic again, no joy.
I feel your pain Scottg This is my full time job, I have to sit here til 5:30pm doing sweet nothing if the site doesnt start working.
this is my full time job now too..not easy as it is! wish auctiva was more reliable..I have a 3yr old home with me and another baby coming this summer so I HAVE to make ebay work...cant afford to go back to work and have preschool and daycare full time for 2 kids!
We appreciate everyone's help in bringing this to our attention. I am glad to report that the image uploading issue reported in this thread has been resolved.
Everyone's patience with this matter has been greatly appreciated!
No Mike it is still a pain I have about 15-20 images not showing which I downloaded last night Thursday 29th. Surely it is about time this was sorted. At least my images are showing up on e-bay. Why do you keep passing the buck and making excuses. You are going to loose a lot of customers if you do not get this sorted.
This was reported a month ago, so don't you think it's perhaps a new issue? I haven't had any problems uploading, and the Auctiva techs don't have a crystal ball that they can magically consult to see who's having problems and who's not.
Auctiva Mike is by far the most helpful guy around here. What you said is a bit uncalled for...
Here is a little more info for you. I had created several postings on Sunday, all of which were posting pictures fine until today. Now they are showing up only sporadically. There are only 3 hours left until they end.
Please advise as to what I might do as I am trying to avoid a loss of money as I expereinced a month or so ago when this happened. I will be in transit for the next 30 minutes and will reply to your response upon my arrival
No it is not a bit uncalled for. I now have seventeen listings with no images just blank thumbnail's that says thumbnail not available. Some of my images on e-bay are all over the place, with one listing showing four of the same image. Another listing has a photo downloaded which is not even related to my listing. So how can you say it is a bit uncalled for.
