Pics show they upload but I get no confirmation and they dont show up in my folder

Using the drag and drop method, with the activex enabled, it lets me drag and upload, but after that nothing.
Also when I try the basic HTML uploader no Browser button exsist. What's up this is my first time using this site what am I missing.

if you are using very large photos they will not upload properly. Anything over 1024 x 768 is pretty much not going to work. Try editing and resizing your photos if that is the problem.
