I have tried all eve and then again this morning and my pics will not load. Is there a problem on Auctiva side again?

Hi Keen,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. You should be able to upload your images using the HTML Uploader (which is the uploader available on the listing creation page) as long as the images are in JPG or GIF format and have dimensions no greater than 1024 DPI.
The Auctiva Uploader supports uploading images that are up to 3.5 MB in size (regardless of dimensions) and can be used to upload images in any standard image format. If you are using this uploader, any non-JPG images will be converted to JPG format during the upload process though.
If the images you are trying to upload meet those guidelines and you are still unable to upload them, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
