Picture gone on ebay!

I'm new to Auctiva and selling on ebay. I did my research before listing any auctions. I posted a few auctions so far. When I initially listed them they were fine. I went back to check on them and 2 of them aren't showing pix. They're on the gallery but not on the auction itself. What's going on? Did I do something wrong? I read through the board and cleared my cookies but still no pix. Can you please help?

I went to you image URL and I get "The page cannot be found". If you can see your image in Auctiva, and this is the url: "http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/0/4/1/7/8/8/webimg/3392753_tp.jpg" you need to go to help and file a support ticket.

ok...I think I messed up. I was wrong. I did delete the pictures. Can I restore them? They're no longer in my images. What do I do?

Go to "view deleted images" at the bottom of your manage images page. Restore the images.

I went to "View Deleted images" but the pics aren't there anymore. I don't think I deleted them permanently. Now what?

Hello,

We permanently delete images a week after they have been flagged "Deleted" by a user. If they've been permanently deleted, you'll have to upload them again.

Since Auctiva does not have a rename image all I can think of is to revise the listing. If you still have the saved listing, upload the new images to it. Then save it and use the get html code button that is at the top of the saved listings page. When revising in ebay delete the description and paste the new code into it. You will also need checkmark that your description already has an image.

After trying it probably 20x or so

it finally worked! Thank you so much for your help. It's my 1st time selling and I've made so many mistakes already. Which is great cuz' now I'll know what to do and the future listings should go smoother (hopefully)

Experience always has a price, time and money. Glad you worked it out. It would be nice if Auctiva let you name your images and did not name them themselves. It would give the user more flexibility.
