Picture quality very poor

During/After uploading the picture quality is being greatly diminished and somewhat distorted.

This is happening in Auctiva only....not a browser issue either. Pictures uploaded directly on eBay are not having the issue and the picture quality is excellent prior to uploading.

I am having to end listings because the pictures are coming out so badly.
This has been going on for over a couple weeks now.
