When I try to download my pictures an error message comes up that says "invalid image or file name".

Me also. I have a open support request...I have gotten a big fat NOTHING from them. It's really starting to hack me off

Been like that all day for me, I figure maybe it is real busy, but I tell you I get tired of having to wait for the pics, to finally load seems to happen quite often.

Yes support told me to clean out cache, guess what it still didn't work!!

I am having the same problem: 'scan0241.tif' Failed. Format is Invalid or Not Supported. I have had this problem for 2 days and the other uploader will not accept my scan file. HELP!

I too am having this problem. They told me to clean out the cache. It is Auctiva not me. I uploaded pics 2 minutes before I did the next one and they failed. They have now been failing for 2 hours. I am so tired of this,

Are .tif images even supported? I uploaded 24 images this a.m. (in .jpg format) just fine...

Getting "upload failed" message when I am trying to upload my photos.... been like this all day... getting old.... some people depend on making this money asap.... wasted day = lost money
