Can anyone help on what i may have accidently changed ?? Last week i uploaded images to auctiva for auctions and they looked perfect - just as i had them on my computer - this week after uploading to auctiva they are SUUPPER GRAINY (not sure if this is the correct technical terminology ). EVERY picture i have uploaded has turned this way - the only difference with my computer from last week, is i changed from norton to macafee .. could this have done it ??
