I have about 10 items ending in the next half hour and the pictures are not loading!! What should I do????????

I just viewed several of each of your current listings and all of your auction images are loading at my end. If you are still unable to see the images in your listings, I sugget filing a support request regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:

Same here. My pictures are not loading. In the past 10 days my sales have gone down 50% Is this why???
I'm sure by now that Auctiva knows that the images are slow or not loading at all. I have been listing this evening and the images started out very slow to load (up to a minute to show a folder) and by this time of night (9:45 west coast) I can't get images to load at all. Must be time to go to bed....I hope in the morning all is resolved. My auctions have been disappointing as well of late but I don't know for sure if I can blame it on the images. Auctiva is a great service for a great price but we do need images...Thanks for checking out the problem. Bandman
Is there any way that you could post a notice on the home page of Auctiva when you are having problems? It would help. If I see that pictures are down - then I'll hold off posting or relisting. I'm sorry you are having equipment problems.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our engineering department is aware of this problem and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
According to current estimates, all Auctiva hosted images should be visible again within 5-10 minutes.
