PICTURES NOT UPLOADING???????????????

Helo, anyone having the same problem. I've been trying for hours to upload photos to the site and I keep getting a FAILED error message in RED. Can't upload photos guess I can't list either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP

goodness, I've only been trying since about 9 am this morning. I do have auctions about to end in less than 1 1/2 hours. Have already had several e-mails asking where are the pictures??????????? THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. I'd be willing to pay a small fee just to keep things up and running..............
