i dont know if it's affecting my product images (i havent checked) but it's affecting my template images, which screws up the listings
I was just getting ready to work on a batch of about 200 items, but with template images being screwed up.... And I need to upload the product images for the items, and I dont want them to end up with same problem.

With a number of us having the same issue, it's not a cache issue. Of course I've cleaned mine using CCleaner and re-started my machine. This has been a persistent problem really. Is Auctiva growing faster than it imagined?

Hi Community,
To those of you who are experiencing difficulties with images not loading in the store window...The reason for this is because we had an image server go down, which has caused the speed at which images are served into the store window to decrease dramatically. Consequently, many images are timing out when they are loading, causing the message loading image to be continually displayed. We are in the process of installing a brand new image server and we should have it up and running smooth by the end of the week. Once we have the appropriate images transferred onto the new file server, store window images should be loading quickly again.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Seen this on the other post but glad to hear you guys are letting us know what is going on. This way we don't spend most of our time complaining on the boards like we did when you transferred the other servers
I'm having problems again with some of my pictures not showing in my listings. Not all, but some and when I was just working on listing some items, I couldn't get any of my pictures to load even before publishing.
They said they were working on a bad server so they are changing it
