Placement of [STORE_WINDOW]?

Jen, I just did this for the first time myself and it is so easy! I went to the Listings tab, click on your Shipping and Payment Details section and put that code at the end of all your shipping and payment info profile. I went into a listing I was working on and hit preview and it was there! And so easy! Let us know though if you still have problems. We all learn something new here everyday. Marcia

You won't see the Store Window in your Preview but if you see the tag then it will show up on ebay. Sounds like you got it right

The "scrolling" view of the store window is set to appear at the top of your listings. It can, however, be inserted at the bottom of your listings if you insert the store window html in the bottom of the html description. The store window html can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.

You may also want to check out the "full" view of the store window as it is set to appear at the bottom of your listings. To preview this view, go to Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Edit Store Window.

To make the store window's default position the bottom, you could create an item details profile with the store window html in in. Then, when you load your profile, you can just enter your description above the store window html, and the store window will appear at the bottom of your listing within the template.

...or, if you usually use the same template, you could create a custom template from one of our existing templates by going to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Manage(Custom Templates) -> Create from Existing. Then you can choose the template you'd like to modify and you'll be directed to an editor containing the template html. Then, just add a [STORE_WINDOW] tag at the bottom of the template html and save the custom template. Once you have done this, when creating a listing, you'll be able to find this template in the template library under the category "Custom"
