How do i add the buy it now and best offer feature to my active listing? Because whenever i click revise listing in auctiva it redirects me to ebay where ebay only has the buy it now option not the best offer option also which i want!
Please help!

Best Offer is only allowed on a Fixed Price listing, not Auction-style; and is also excluded from some categories.

By your description of the problem, the listing was orginally submitted as Auction-style format, not Fixed Price.
