I am relatively new, but I have used Auctive six months ago. Now, I tried using the same template. For some reason in a preview the information that I have in prior listing about shipping, terms of sale, etc still are coming up. I want to get rid of this info, but it only shows up in the preview part and I can't really delete or change it. Does that make sense? I am just wondering if I am explaining correctly. In other words the information that I had in my prior listings about shipping, terms of sale etc automatically show up even though I deleted all the profiles I had. Is there a way to get rid of this information, or should I start and create a new template...The template that I continues using from the past had all this info but now I want to get rid of it, but I am not succeeding. Please advice.
