Yes, you are making sense. I had the very same problem last week when I relisted some auctions through Ebay. I put in a request for help at the beginning of the week, got nothing but attitude from the help tech and went the entire week with the scrolling window not working right.

This week, I posted all of my auctions through Auctiva and the scrolling window still isn't working right and I also have two pictures showing as unavailable on my auctiva store page. I sent in another help ticket, asking for a different tech this time. The first answer was that they knew what the problem was, they were working on it and should be fixed by this morning. Now they are saying they don't know what's wrong or when it will be fixed.

I'm attempting to list more auctions through auctiva to take advantage of the 10 cent listing discount. I've had ALL kinds of problems getting the lister to work right and now it won't upload the listings to Ebay.

Sigh........maybe I should use the Turbo lister. At least that way I can be entered into Ebays contest to win a computer AND I won't have any problems listing!
Sherry,

You might check your Ebay "my ebay" section again to see if the listings went through. I actually managed to get 4 out of 6 uploaded, but it took me ALL DAY! The last one didn't appear to go through, so I walked away from it for a couple of hours and when I checked it again, it was up and running. I'm not happy with the way they turned out, but I had soooo much trouble just getting the lister to work at all, that I'm happy to have it uploaded at all!

Of course, there are still no images in the scrolling window. But I'm afraid to say anything because the Help Tech has been so flippant towards me. I asked one time if I should be receiving automated email responses when I turn in a help request and he wrote back something about how a bunch of employees had to drive over 100 miles to take care of 'all you people'.

Good luck to you! I have a feeling you, and the rest of us, are going to need it!

I lost hours of listings yesterday also trying to take advantage of the 10 cent day. After 6 hrs and so many lost listing, delays I finally gave up. Needless to say am not a happy camper. It seems since auctiva changed servers it has been nothing but problems after problems. I would try to learn other programs but am such a dummie on computers I am lucky I figured this one out and still don't know it that well.....I have wanted to try Mpire but they are too high in price..slide is a good program and free also, but I being a computer dummie as said, am not able to figure that simple program out....I like vendido? spelling not sure...but again computer stupid does not help...so here I sit plunging away loosing time and money .....

Hi Dinah! I used Vendio for quite awhile, but I
do not like paying more money. So I switched to Auctiva. Yesterday I had problems.I think their
servers were overloaded.I only got 4 auctions up & running.Yesterday was really my only bad day. So I have to pay a few more dimes to Ebay,
oh well don't sweat the small stuff!!Yesterday I did,new outlook today!!Take care, Sherry
I am so disappointed in them any more....all day again none of my pictures werew scrolling, I am not able to do half the things I use to do with them since their change over to a new server and I am just fed up with them. I am so computer stupid I would change to something else but seems all programs are having problems and such lately...but I really am pissed about spending so much time doing the listings then they don't go through half the time due to problems on their site.
