PLEASE Change Store Default from "No ITEMs Available"!!!

I Love Auctiva, but this one quirk is causing me serious nightmares.

When Auctiva is down our store window displays "No ITEMs Available". Please, Please, Pulezeee!!!! Change this to "Look at my other Listings" or some similar default.

It is not a major loss if my customers can not view my scrolling store listings, but it is a serious problem if they think that I do not have anything else listed!

I suggested this last year during the Christmas fiasco and I know you guys have been busy, but can't this get bumped up onto a priority list somehow?

Good morning Diana,

When Auctiva is doing maintenance the scrolling galleries are always stopped.

Mostly maintenance is done during the wee hours of the morning so many of us don't know..but this morning it's running late.

Perhaps it needs a cup of coffee to wake it up.

Time for me to take pics when all else is busy!

I too think they could devise another message besides "No Items available" especially since it's not true! My auctiva window is set at the top on alot of my listings and that makes it worse. That's like the 2nd thing people see, a giant window that says "no items available"! It's really unacceptable to me even if it's a free...

For future reference, how do we close our Auctiva account and remove the store window from our listings?

Of course, I can't get in right now to check but isn't the "No Items Available" message one that can be customized? When the site is back up be sure to go check that out to make sure (in Store > Store Window).

Hi Rick,
I have tried to modify it before but when Activa's system is down , it reverts to the default of "No items". If you check your gallery you , you will also see that your store name is missing, or at least mine is.
