I am new to auctiva. Overall I like it. But using bulk uploader when I go to upload, limits upload to 35 meg per session. Does everyone have this?????
If so, then how would you upload say 200 pictures. Upload 12, come back 7 minutes later, upload another 12, come back 7 minutes later, etc.
Seems very, very tedious. Is there a way to automate this or work around the 35 mg per session, or do you just keep having to have to have new sessions. Please advise. I so appreciate it.

Hi awesomeseller112,

Thanks for posting your question here. While there is no way to work around that restriction on the Auctiva Uploader that limits each batch to 35 MB, if you are only able to upload 12 images at a time, then your original image files are likely much larger than they need to be to use in an eBay auction and maintain a good quality level.

If this is the case, I would recommend lowering the resolution on your digital camera to make it so your image files are not so large. Ebay recommend using a resolution of 1024 x 768 px (1 MP or higher) and I don't think there is much of a reason to set your resolution much higher than that.

One you have your camera set up so it produces image files that are smaller, you should find yourself able to upload many more images in each batch.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to file a support request by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
